It continues with material from the Middle Ages and Ottoman period, to the Revivalist Movement, the Balkan Wars and World War I, on to the period between the world wars, all the way through the end of World War II. Alongside these artifacts, the display also includes objects of ethnological character documenting the rural and urban aspects of the exhibition. It also features a special section featuring coppersmithing as one of the most important trades in Strumica at the time.
