ASSEMBLY OF MUNICIPALITY OF STRUMICA
The Assembly building was constructed between 1926 until 1931.

The building is located to the other side of the small town park and represents a three-story angled building with a dragged–out balcony, Gothic -Romance half-pillars, and floral decoration. It has been restored several times. Today this building is the headquarters of Municipality of Strumica, where the Mayor and many of the local ministries are headquartered.
HOTEL “SERBIAN KING”
The hotel “Serbian King” is a two-story building built in the period from 1926 until 1928. It is located in the Street Marshal Tito, across from the Assembly building. The building is richly decorated with floral decoration on the corona, as well as over and under the windows, with classicist elements and influences from Western European architecture.

The structural design consists of the ground floor, which used to be a city tavern, the upper floor, where the hotel suites used to be, and the lofts. From 1948 it was a national magazine (NAMA), later became a part of the commercial enterprise “Jugopromet”, and now the process of denationalisation of this building.
HOUSE OF DR. ALEKSANDER BELEV
The house is a two-story house with a balcony which projects forward, constructed in 1930. It is located across the small town park and is partially occupied by the Tourist Agency “Atlantis.” The house features rich floral decoration and antique pillars. The most prominent decorative features of the house are the male and female figures. The male figures are shown as Atlases supporting the balcony, and the female figure is a sculpture on top of the house representing a symbol of peace. The house has segments from Roman Art and Classicism.

In this construction the typical feature in the organization of Balkan architecture with a strong Strumica influence.

Cubist style can be seen in this house. The structure was originally built as a Turkish post office, but was later adapted as a residence of the Arsovi family. Since 2004, the house has been owned by the Institute and Museum Strumica, who have commenced reconstruction and revitalization of the building.
OLD COURT OF LAW
This construction has housed a court, a prison and hospital. Beginning in 1975 it was used as a school for the pupils of the school “Marshal Tito” who attended their lessons here. Now it is used as the school archives.

Other Houses - Most of the houses built in the old city architecture are located on the street “Marshal Tito”, which used to be the old market street in Strumica. There are about thirty houses built in the period between 1920 and 1935. The neoclassical and neo-baroque style of the houses is suggested by the three-dimensional features on their facades. The houses consist of a ground floor, which was normally used as a shop, and an upper floor used for residence.
